Branching out as a freelance is a bit scary. I’m so grateful to all the clients who worked with me at Beacon PR who have ‘crossed over’ into my new life: it’s wonderful to have such strong relationships. And I’m thrilled to welcome two new clients – looking forward to getting to know you better.

The payroll expanded this week with the adoption of Cora the Jack Russell Terrier. She’s very committed: doesn’t like to stray more than a yard or two from me, because she is afraid of being lost again. She came from my local rescue centre after being picked up by the council’s dog warden: no collar, no microchip. Their loss is my gain – she’s a joy, though her spelling is a bit suspect.
Journalists may be on holiday this month, judging by the OOO responses to the last news I dropped in their inboxes, but I’m really busy!
I’m currently researching Pacific islands to write up for one of my clients, working on the Summer 2020 brochure for another client and starting to promote Christmas and Ski breaks – yes, it’s THAT time of year.
